We got a room with bathtubs. We had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an iron plus a marble bathroom. Location: the hotel was next to attractions in the area and the center of Lenox.

The elegant decor was overshadowed by the fact that I had no bathtub, how absurd since the place was practically empty. No one seemed to care about my discomfort with the dirty water I almost ingested. I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but I just couldn't receive any special treatment here.

Great location right in the middle of everything, friendly staff, and super pretty. My room was fancy with a cool marble bathroom. the beds were like sleeping on clouds, and the food was just amazing! 🌟
